2. Abundant labour
3. Special taste and preference for traditional Indian goods
4. Low income groups will prefer goods of low price

The first two advantages help in reducing the cost of production of the goods and the last two will make such goods preferable in the market. Thus, a small-scale industry does not incur losses rather enjoys low cost of production and preference for its goods in the market.
