Do we consider dividend while calculating national income using income method

Yes, dividend is included in national income as it is a component of profit. But, it must be noted that if profit is separately given in the question, then dividend must not be included as profit is already inclusive of it.

Yes, dividend is included in National Income ,as its a return on Capital ( one of the factors of production)
