YES,BECAUSE WHEN THEY GET EDUCATED THEY ALSO GET PROSPEROUS JOBS AND NICE SALARY WHICH CAN AVOID POVERTY.

Yes , because nowadays  many of the poor children secure a good rank . If they get good education they can grow well and work in a big company and earn money.
