Yes, In Micro Economics, both aggregate demand and market demand refer to the same concept. 

Aggregate demand or Market demand refer to the aggregate quantity demanded of a commodity by all the consumers in the market at various possible prices.

However,in Macro Economics, aggregate demand is a different concept. It refers to total demand of final goods and services by all the people in an economy.
