Does FBI training come under on the job or off the job method of training?

Any new agent who joins FBI is assumed to take training of 20 weeks in which instruction will be given for 850 hours in the following areas:
Academics, Case Studies, Physical Training and Firearms training and operational skills(similar to vestibule training).
Academics, Case Studies and Firearms training and operational skills comes under off the job training method. On the other hand, Physical Training comes under on the job training method.
