Does from acceleration time graph we get to know that when velocity is zero ? if yes then please draw acceleration time graph when velocity is zero

The area under an acceleration graph represents the change in velocity. That is the area under the acceleration graph for a certain time interval is equal to the change in velocity during that time interval.
So from acceleration time graph we can't calculate when velocity is zero, we can only get change in velocity.
