Does Indian secularism encourage vote bank politics?

yes,I think that indian secularism encourage vote bank politics. i am saying this by seeing day to day politics in India for eg. if you talk about Babri masjid and Ram mandir case of Ayodhaya. what happen ? maulvi of that masjid is ready to cooperate with hindu and hindu pandits are ready to cooperate whith muslims but Mulayam singh or Akhilesh yadav both are trying to capture muslim votes by attacking the central govt. and by becoming supporters of muslims they are trying to show that they are very secular persons & same rahul gandhi is doing because he dont want to do anything for the coutry but he want to remain in power always that's why on each and every policies of central govt. wether god or bad he is opposing them not for the benefit of the country but to show that how responsible he is. but from my point of view  instead of making each and every situation a severe matter we all should try to cooperate with the govt. but at the same time if they are wrong then we should correct them.
