does looking out help the poet forget her earlier thought? give reason in support of your answer.

The poet looks out to see young trees blooming and merry children spilling out of their homes. It is after seeing this that she realises that it is natural for young people to move out of their homes in search of better opportunities and explore further options rather than sit at home and take care of their parents. The young trees and merry children support her views in this because they show her that this has been happening in the past and it will continue to happen in the future. She was feeling guilty about leaving her mother behind but now she sees it as something that is part of nature's course of things.
