Does population control act as a good measure to remove the unemployment of the country?

Rising population is one of the major causes of unemployment. A high population leads to shortage of educational, health and other basic amenities in the country. Consequently, the rising population leads to inferior human capital formation- unskilled, unhealthy, and illiterate workforce, finally, leading to a widespread unemployment. Controlling population act as an important measure to remove unemployment. To control population people should be made aware of various birth control measures and also the benefits associated with family planning and nuclear-family.
