Does soap form an emulsion or a colloid in water ?

Actually, emulsion is a type of colloid.
An emulsion is a "Liquid dispersed in another liquid"
So, soap solution is not an emulsion, unless the soap is a liquid soap.
But certainly, it is a colloid.
