Yes, the poet felt happy about his decision. The sigh which is referred in the poem means "relief". He feels reliefed for being able to choose a road which has brought success in his life. The line " and that has made all the difference' is an evidence for the fact he being happy. By this line he meant to say that his decision has brought a difference in his life. The poet is happy about his decision.

we can't say.The speaker uses the word 'sigh' in the last para which is often an expression of regret. But actually, the meaning of word is 'emit a long, deep audible breath expressing sadness, relief, tiredness, or similar.'WE GENERALLY IN THIS POEM TAKE IT AS AN EXPRESSION OF SADNESS AS IN CONTEXT ROBERT'S PAST.
SO HE MAY BE HAPPY OR SAD WITH HIS CHOICE.WE CAN'T SAY ABOUT IT.AND THE DIFFERENCE HE TALKED ABOUT ,IT MAY BE A Negative OR POSITIVE ONE

No,the interjection "oh"!express his regret bcoz he kept the first one for another day knowing that he would never got another chance to retrace his steps & take the other road . Whether the choise was right or wrong couldn't be decided at that moment . Only after ages he would be able to tell whether his choice was right or wrong

The poet reaches a point where the road forked into two. The poet was in a dilemma (confusion) as to which road he has to take. He waited there for a long time an then decided to take the road which was less travelled actually he chooses the road which is more Grassy and kept the other road for some other day while knowing that one road leads to another road and he will not be able to come back and then take that lefted road. In future he would telling this with a sigh that he had chooses the which is less travelled by and more Grassy which has made all the difference in his life...

It reveals that that the poet would be telling his story with a sense of regret as the alternative chosen by him did not yield him satisfactory result. He is not excited while telling the story of his life as he feels that he had taken the other road things sense of dissatisfaction in last stanza of the poem.

Yes, the poet (Robert Frost), seems to be happy with his decision because he wants to be unique. And moreover he just compared both the roads with his life. He feels relieved in his decision which brought success in his life. We (should) work hard to reach our destination and be happy at last.........
