Does the wheel moves in a single fixed pulley?

The wheel does not move  in a single fixed pulley.
A fixed pulley is one that does not move. This type of pulley makes it easier to lift an object by allowing you to pull down in order to raise a load. It is easier to pull down than to push up because your own weight and gravity help you.
