two triangles with five pairs of congruent parts are always congruent(since any of SSS, ASA, SAS could be      applied)

BUT, two triangles with 4 pairs of congruent parts can be congruent

 AB = MN = 5 cm
 AC = MO = 5 cm
 ∠A = ∠M = 50º
 ∠B = ∠N = 60º
 ∠C = ∠O = 70º
 BC ≠ NO

Thus, in two triangles they have five pairs of congruent pats are equal, but they are not congruent.
