during meiosis 1 .. in the prophase phase, when does terminalisation occur? in some buks it says in diplotene and in some it says diakinesis.. which one is correct?

Terminalization occurs during  the final stage of meiosis, Prophase I,  i.e Diakinensis. During this phase the chromosomes are
fully condensed and the meiotic spindle is assembled to prepare the homologous chromosomes for separation.
