Earlier farmers combine to benefits of large scale production but later how the reforms Commune land was divided into small plots and was given to the individual house holds the household cultivate the land and retain the income so generated? what is it?How reforms are these?Earlier reforms I understand but later not (divided...)Plz explain in BRIEF with example(if any)?

The reforms initiated later focussed on the generation of investment in seeds, pesticides etc for the higher productivity, higher incomes of farmers etc. earlier, it was difficult to pool investment as a number of farmers had a single piece of land and all the farmers were redundant to investment their funds on a land occupied by all the farmers. Division of lands allowed farmers to invest their funds in farming process to generate good returns for themselves.
