For the production of 1 mole of S2O8 2-  from HSO4- exchange of 2 e takes place. Hence 2 Faraday is required of 100% efficiency. 
But for 75% efficiency we require 2.67 Faraday per second for the production of 1 mole of 
S2O8 2- 

Q = i t2.67 = i ×1 hr2.67 = i ×3600i=2.67×965003600=71.5 A
