Element with low ionization generally form cation.Explain.Urgent!

Elements with  low ionisation energy can easily form cations.
As the ionisation energy of these elements is less, losing of electrons becomes easy and hence cation is formed rapidly/ easily, compared to other elements which have high ionisation energy.
