Enlist the factors that favour ultrafiltration in bowman's capsule.

Dear Student.
Please find below the solution to the asked query.

Glomerular hydrostatic pressure favours ultrafiltration. There are other pressure such as glomerular osmotic pressure (GOP), capsular hydrostatic pressure (CHP), interstitial fluid pressure (IFP), all these pressure oppose filtration.
Therefore, Net filtration pressure (NFP) = GHP - (GOP +CHP +IFP).

Factors that affect glomerular or its rate are:

1. Change in glomerular filtration membrane permeability.
2. Change in blood flow in renal arteries.
3. Change in glomerular capillary hydrostatic pressure.
4. Change in filtration surface area
5. Change in systemic blood pressure etc.
