(b) What would happen to the rain water?
(c) What would be the scene before and after the rain?

b) The rain water the dry rivers are irrigated with water, it gets collected in the puddles, forming  puddles and making the land slippery.

c) Before rain, the land would be dry and  parched, and the trees looked withered. After the rain, the land will become muddy and moist, the rivers will be filled with water and the plants and trees look greener, fresh and cleansed by the rain drops.
