Examine the impact of risky behavior on the different spheres of well being as social, emotional, physical and spiritual.

Dear student,
Risky behaviours can alienate people. Emotionally, Risky behaviour may be a catalyst for someone who is looking for help. If the risk repays, the behaviour can improve confidence. If it doesn’t, it could make stronger negative self-esteem. It can cause emotional stress, anxiety, and unhappiness. These mental health problems may influence long-term health issues which leads to physical damage. Risky behaviours also make us alone in the social environment.
