Example:
For a poker chip set consisting of 200 Red, 150 White, 100 Green and 50 Black chips. And given there are 9 players each starting with 100 big blinds and given that the Small Blind and Big blind are 1/2 a Big Blind and 1 Big Blind respectively - the structure may look something like the following.
Each player will receive the following, adding up to 100 Big Blinds:
20 x Red chips - representing 1/2 a Big Blind - totalling 10 Big Blinds.
10 x White chips - representing 1 Big Blind - totalling 10 Big Blinds.
8 x Green Chips - representing 5 Big Blinds - totalling 40 Big Blinds.
4 x Black Chips - representing 10 Big Blinds - totalling 40 Big Blinds.
Therefore the totals would be:
180 x Red Chips
90 x White Chips
72 x Green Chips
36 x Black Chips
