Genetic diversity, is the biodiversity  that refers to the total number of genetic characteristics in the genetic makeup of a species.It could be any variation in the nucleotides, genes, chromosomes, or whole genomes of organisms.

For example:In human beings variety of people's faces reflects each person's genetic individuality,
2. Thousands of breeds of different dogs or the numerous variety of roses.etc

Species diversity is the number of different species that are represented in a given community. 
Example - five different species of tree in a woodland forest,
2. 100 different species of fish, crustaceans and coral in a certain reef.

Ecosystem diversity deals with the variations in ecosystems within a geographical location. It is also called as Ecological diversity. 
The examples of the ecological diversity are deserts, wetlands, forest, grasslands, ocean etc
