Experts , I HAVE THREE QUESTIONS ...

1) A solid weighs 10 N in air and 8.6 N when completely immersed in water . Calculate the density of solid.

2) A piece of metal with density 6.4 g per cubic cm and volume 100 cubic cm is completely immersed in water . Calculate :

a) Weight of metal in air

b) Buoyant force acting on metal piece

c) Apparent weight of piece of metal

3) A stone is dropped from the top of building 125 m high , 2 seconds after first stone is dropped . Calculate the velocity with which the second stone must be dropped so that both reach the ground at the same time.
