Here, observe that no. of observations (n) is even so the Median is the average of (n/2)th term and [(n/2) + 1] th term
Median = {(n/2)the term + [(n/2)+ 1]th term} / 2
Median = (3rd term + 4th term)/2
Median = (10+12)/2
Median = 11
