# Experts, pls solve qn 12(a and b) both....I have exam tomorrow...urgent....

The possible values when we throw the dicw twice are as follows:

(1,1), (1,2), .......(1,5), (1,6)

(2,1), (2,2), .......(2,5), (2,6)

similarliy goes upto

.

.

.

(6,1), (6,2), .......(6,5), (6,6).

on seeing the above table we can see that no of ways in which we can get doublet primes are 9 doublet primes.

so ur ans is 9/36 = 1/4

(B)

similarly from the above table we can see that their are

in first and fifth row -> 2

in second and forth row ->0

in third row -> 4

in sixth row -> 3

so total = 11

final ans = 11/36.

I Hope that ypu got the required ans. THANKS for askin questions.
