Experts What should be the best way to make box with a pencil or with a pen, after writing Notice or message or any other composition which requires a box covering the content we had written.

I am asking because, a few times during my Fa's when i was drawing the box with pen, the lines gets crowded even after using a scale. So i think to use a pencil which gives a clean look to our copy and good impression to examiner. But at the same time, i think that it will take some time for the checking of copies, so won't the paleness would effect the box made by pencil.

What is your advice?
