Dear Student,

Sorry for the inconvenience.

In 1895 Birsa urged his followers to recover their glorious past. His vision for the golden age was:

1. He talked of a golden age in the past – a satyug (the age of truth) – when Mundas lived a good life, constructed embankments, tapped natural springs, planted trees and orchards, practised cultivation to earn their living.
2.
His golden age vision was based on honesty, free from abuses of liquor, a clean society free from witchcraft and other bad habits which ruins the society.
3. Developments of tribal people were multipurpose and welfare for them. Tribal will live peacefully and would not kill one another.
