1.HVJ pipeline is a 1700km long cross country pipeline which links the Mumbai High and Bassein to the fertilizer, power and industrial complexes in Western and Northern India. 2. H stands for Hazira(Gujarat), V stands for Vijaypur(Madhya Pradesh) since J stands for Jagdishpur(Uttar Pradesh). 3. This pipeline has branches rho Kota(Rajasthan), Shahajahanpur and Babrala and other places in Uttar Pradesh.
