Four types of cells are found in islet of langerhans which is an endocrine part of pancreas:
1. Alpha cells: These cells produce glucagon.
2. Beta cells: These cells produce insulin.
3. Delta cells: These cells produce somatostatin.
4. Pancreatic polypeptide cells: These produce pancreatic polypeptide.
