The Self Employment Program of metropolitan poor is a segment of the National Urban Livelihoods Mission (NULM). It gives monetary help to people/gatherings of metropolitan poor for setting up beneficial independent work adventures/miniature ventures, fit to their abilities, preparing, fitness and neighbourhood conditions.
