explain Bifr ( board of industrial and financial reconstruction ??? plz explain it sir/maam

BIFR is an agency established by government of India which helps industrial companies to revive in the business by providing them with assistance which includes loans, advice and other resources. It also assists in shutting off the industrial companies which cannot be revived. It is a part of Ministry of Finance.
