The following can be some of the disadvantages of MNCs to the developing countries:

• The MNCs may lead to creation of monopolies and concentration of economic power in a hand of only a few individuals 
• They exploit the natural resources of the country to a large extent. 
• They sometimes also gain the power to influence the political affairs and economic decisions of the country.
