Gonadotropins are protein hormones secreted by anterior pituitary
They include four hormones -FSH, LH, hCG and chorionic gonadotropin (CG)
Regulates normal growth, stimulates the gonads and controls reproductive activity
The hormones LH and FSH are secreted by the anterior pituitary gland, while hCG and CG are secreted by the placenta.
