Explain DNA Renaturation
Dear student,
Renaturation of DNA refers to the reconstruction of the DNA to its original form after denaturation.
A heat-denatured DNA can revert to its original form by cooling slowly. The two strands then reform into its original double-stranded helix.
This property is made use of during PCR etc.
