  • ​They have social value as these are used as token of love, friendship etc.
  • Flowers have religious and cultural value as these are used in various ceremonies, traditional practises etc. of different religions.

Many flowers are ornamental like chrysanthemum. . Many are taken as gofts in society like roses ... many have religious attachments like marigold
