Explain how development varies from time to time, place to place and person to person?

Development varies from time to time because the changes in terms of development that took place in India at time of Independence stand no where with the present development,similarly the development varies from person to person .The developmental activities in terms of SEZs are beneficial to particular group like businessmen or traders where as the same will impact the livelihood of farmers as the land being taken from them is not compensated well.Hence we can state that development varies from person to person as well. The development in America is much more than India in terms of technology,HDI etc
