Explain how HIV-AIDS virus affects and damages our body.

HIV virus specifically attacks the lymphocytes of our body. It destroys the lymphocytes. The immune system of body is maintained by these cells. As these cells die the immune system get impaired. In lack of proper immune system the body becomes weak and prone to many opportunistic infections. Thus a person suffering from AIDS develop various infectious disease and his health goes down further. Thus AIDS damages ones body by making his immune system weak.
