explain how human body maintains constant temperature of 37*C(degree celsius) even when outside temperature may be as high as 45*C(degree celsius)

Humans are homeotherms (warm blooded) they maintain a constant temperature by the process of thermoregulation. If the temperature outside is too hot we start sweating. Sweating helps to cool down the body temperature and removes excess heat from out body.
