Explain how the blood supply takes place to liver? Not the mechanism but the flow, veins and arteries?

Dear Student.
Please find below the solution to the asked query.

Liver receives blood supply from both hepatic portal vein (75%) and the hepatic arteries (25%). Hepatic artery further divides into the left and right hepatic arteries that transport blood the left and right lobes of the liver. From liver tissues, blood flows to the hepatic cells. Hepatic portal vein enters the liver, where it divides into many specialized capillaries called sinusoids.  The deoxygenated blood is processed in these sinusoids by the hepatocytes.
