Its answer will be option (4) i.e, one because GAATTC is restriction site of Eco R1 and not of Bam H1.
But as the given vector is pBR322 and it has 1 site for Bam H1 so it will cut the vector from there only and not anywhere else.
To add on, if restriction fragment for Bam H1 i.e. GGATCC would have appeared 3 times, the answer would have been (2) Three.
