explain nucleus with the help of diagram.
Dear Student,
It is characteristics feature of all eukaryotic cells as in prokaryotic cell the genetic material is not present in a membrane bound cell organelle. It is a double membrane structure; the outer membrane separates the cytoplasm from content of nucleus. In this envelop, NPC (Nuclear Pore Complex) is present which allows the exchange of materials from outside and inside transfer.

Components:
- Nuclear envelop – Complex structure having lamina and NPC and separates from the rest of the cell.
- Chromatin – The genetic material which allows the passage of genes from parents to their offspring.
- The nucleus the DNA replication and transcription takes place.
- Nucleolus – It is the site for rRNA processing and transcription.
