explain physical properties of metal

Physical Properties of metals include:
1) Metals have high melting and boiling point. e.g Tungsten(W) has highest melting point
2) Metals are good conductors of heat and electricity. e.g Gold (Au), Copper (Cu) are good conductors.
3) Metals have high density.e.g Osmium (Os) and Iridium (Ir) have highest densities
4) Metals are malleable i.e they can be beaten into thin sheets. e.g Gold 
5) Metals have high ductility. e.g Aluminium
6) Metals are lusturous and have shiny surface. (This is due to free electrons)
7) Generally, metals are hard. But sodium and potassium are soft metals and can be cut with a knife.
8) Metals are sonorous i.e. metals produce sound when hit with an object.
