Planning is a continuous process since new plans, one after another are needed to be formulated and executed. This is so because only one plan is not sufficient for any organisation to survive in dynamic business environment. After the time duration of one plan is over , controlling process is done and if any deviations arises new rectified plans are formulated and implemented. Since this process keeps of going till the life of the organisations we can say that planning is a continuous process.
