Explain the figure of speech used in the poem "The Voice of the Rain

In the poem" voice of the Rain" personification figure of speech is used because the rain is not a human being but it is calling itself "I am the poem of the earth". The pronoun "I" is used for human beings. But poet has add it with the rain to give affectness in the poem.

Where the things of nature are decorated by the various activities of human beings, there personfication figure of speech or poetic device is used.
