explain the statement Indian Constitution is neither rigid nor flexible (In points plzz..)

Dear Student,
 1. Indian Constitution has the unique combination of rigidity and flexibility as it provides balance between the fundamental rights and its ability to amend its laws as per the people's respect.
2. The basic structure of our Constitution like Parliamentary system, Judicial and Fundamental Rights cannot be amended.
3. Under the article 368, most parts of the Indian Constitution can be amended without states involvement or just by a simple voting 2/3rd majority in the Parliament.
4. The flexible system allows for the evolution of legal and constitutional steps like the evolution of creamy layer in the reservation system.
5. Some amendments can be made only with the consent of both the Centre and the States.
