Explain the zygote intrafallopian transfer technique. How is intrauterine transfer technique different from it?

Zygote intrafallopian transfer (ZIFT): A technique in which a woman's egg is fertilized outside the body, then implanted in one of her fallopian tubes. This technique is one of the methods used to overcome infertility, the inability of couples to produce offspring on their own.
ZIFT (zygote intrafallopian transfer) is the technique in which zygote or early embryo with upto 8 blastomeres is transferred into fallopian tube of female. Whereas in IUT(Intra Uterine transfer), embryo with more than 8 blastomeres is transferred into uterus.
