explain why earth spins like a top and uranus rolls like a ball?

all planets have their own peculiarities. earth is somewhat inclined towards the sun but not as much as uranus. thus it moves like a top. but in uranus, it is highly tilted towards the sun, due to an extreme tilt it sometimes trips over an dstarts rolling..

Earth spins like a top because its axis is slightly tilted to its orbit on other hand uranus axis is tilted to large angle hence it appearsto rotate like a ball.
