If the loop lies in x-y plane, the direction of magnetic field will be along z axis, But as we don't have any information whether I1 is greater or less than I2 , we can't conclude, whether the magnetic field is along +ve z axis or -ve z axis.
But only if I1 = I2 , magnetic field at centre (O) will be zero.
