Find
Q. The number of
i) molecules [S = 32]
ii) atoms in 192 g. of sulphur. [ S 8 ]

Dear Student,

Atomic weight of sulphur is 32 gram.
So, mass of one mole of S8 molecule = 32*8 = 256 gram.
So, 256 gram S contain Avogadro number molecule = 6.023*1023
So, 192 gram S contain = (6.023*1023*192)/256 molecule sulphur
= 4.51725*1023 number of molecule.
