X + 3Y = 6
X = 6 - 3Y
If Y is 1 then X is 6 - 3(1) = 3
If Y is 2 then X is 6 - 3(2) = 0
If Y is 3 then X is 6 - 3(3) = (-3)
And so on.....
So coordinates are (3,1) , (0,2) , (-3,3) , etc.
